Shipping & Handling
Currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States. We usually ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
Insufficient or incorrect shipping address such as street address, city, state/province, ZIP code will not be refunded.
All packages are giving tracking numbers. If a package is marked as delivered and the package is not received, we ask that you make every effort to find your package. If unable to locate, a case must be submitted with the designated delivery company so that we may proceed with a resolution. To receive a replacement or a refund a US Postal Inspections case number or a police report is requested in order to verify the stolen package.
- Standard Shipping (Delivers in 5-7 business days): $17 / Free shipping over $75
- Express Shipping (Delivers in 3-4 business days): $17
- Priority Shipping (Delivers in 1-2 business days): $23
Shipping charges are based on order totals.
We cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes.
We offer a 30-day return policy with full refund. Restrictions apply, please see below.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
- Products must be unused and in good condition with all packaging attached.
- Returns are accepted if there is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
- Orders that we suspect to be fraudulent or products that have been tampered with will not be refunded.
- Your original shipping costs and returning costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the return was a result of our error.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 45 days of our receiving the returned order.
How to Return
- Include the original packing slip with your items.
- Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and our packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a box & well-padded to prevent damage in transit.
- Use the return label in your original package and bring the return package to any USPS drop-off or USPS offices.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
