After twenty years of importing high-end beauty products from America and Europe to Japan, Portland-born and Tokyo-based Rikki Ninomiya launched NINO BEAUTY to bring top of the line, niche brand Japanese skincare and beauty products to the US.  

“I realized that Japanese cosmetic experts and scientists in biotechnology were developing some of the most innovative, natural, and effective skincare and beauty products in the world today, integrating traditional Japanese methods, like fermentation, and ingredients, like bonito elastin, with advanced technology.” Ninomiya’s extensive network in the industry helped her identify cutting edge Japanese brands not widely available elsewhere. 

A graduate of Jefferson High and Oregon State, Ninomiya maintains strong ties to Oregon and established the NINO BEAUTY headquarters in Portland in 2020. She recently hosted an Open House to celebrate the successes of her first year in operation and to showcase some of her best-selling products, including the ENISIE Glow Pack facial beauty mask, LOQZIN Biome Gel Serum, and Precious Protein+ supplement.
